Setup new analysis Job status Results

Analysis overview

To start a new analysis fill out the form below.
If you are unsure about some of the options, you can look them up in the Documentation section. If you want to know the status of you recently submitted analysis click on Job status. If you want to see results of previous runs, click on Results.

Setup new analysis

Job Name

Your identifier contains not allowed characters.
Your identifier is too long. The maximum number of allowed characters is 30.

Gene Expression Data

Upload your own data or use our test data.
Please refer to the "Documentation" section for more information about the file format (gene IDs must be Entrez IDs)

You must select one option

PPI

Choose an protein–protein interaction network from NDEx or upload your own network data.
Please refer to the "Documentation" section for more information about the file format

Clinical data / Survival data (optional)

Add clinical data / survial data to enable further analysis. If you do not want to upload additional metadata, you can go to the next step.
Select "Yes" and upload the clinical data if you have additional metadata.

Predefined expression datasets use metadata per default

Enter minimum and maximum number of genes per cluster and run the algorithm:
