Plotting Choices
You can switch between different plotting maps and coloring observations.
Click to update the plot.
Selection
You can select and form groups using clusters annotation or Lasso selection.
Clear selection and start over.
Lasso Selection
You can use lasso selection by simply drawing a circle using the curser around the cells you want to add to each group.
Draw a circl around the cells that you want to include in each sample
Click on RESET SELECTION to start over.
